The milantoronto project is a website realized to create connections in architecture, interior design and product design between Italy and Canada. Milantoronto could be a network of professionals, associations, organizations, brands, companies to connect for a mutual advantage in both the directions: milantoronto & torontomilan. The project aims to build partnerships. Milantoronto could be a way to make effective and business focused a design oriented trip to Milan. We are two architects active in Milan and in Canada with an expertise in the international aspects of design and with an broad international network.
Salone del Mobile & the Design Week
Salone Internazionale del Mobile and all the off-site events are the biggest design events in the world, and Milan is a very business-oriented and dynamic city. For designers & architects it is a must to come to Milan for Salone. During that week the whole city becomes a huge event about design and architecture. Nowhere else in the world, design is such a big, comprehensive event like in MIlan. More than 5.000 journalists and around 400.000 visitors come every year in Milan.
